Thus, we can provide excellent service in the maritime field in quality, health, safety and environment, cost, delivery and service.

POLICIES ABOUT ALCOHOLS AND DRUGS

PT PAL MARINE SERVICE

The company recognizes that drug and alcohol abuse will interfere with employee health and productivity. Drug and alcohol problems create unsafe working conditions for all employees and customers. The Company is committed to maintaining a productive, safe and healthy working environment free of use of illegal drugs and alcohol.

Any employee involved in a breach of the use, sale, manufacture of illegal drugs and alcohol at a company’s or workplace facility, or working under the influence of such materials, shall be considered to be subject to displiant action in accordance with company regulations.

In the case of acts the company will coordinate with the police or other relevant parties in the case of examination of the use of drugs and alcoholic beverages.

If the results of the examination shows the relevant employees positively save or use then the company will provide sanctions ranging from warning, dismissal until reporting to the authorities.

The Company has developed and maintained a policy on the use of alcohol and illegal drugs in which employees can obtain from the Human Resource Department.
